Species Invasion Public Service Ad

A chilling and atmospheric 2D animated public service ad for the Stop the Invasion campaign of the Israeli Society for Protection of Nature and the Israeli National Parks authority.
This project had a very short deadline and thus required creative automation solutions for animating all of the little insects, as doing this manually would take much too long. To save valuable time, the movement and gesturing of the insect limbs and bodies were fully scripted using custom AE expressions and rigs, allowing the entire video to be completed in a single day’s work!

Bosch Washing Machine

A stop-motion commercial for the Bosch EcoSilence Drive washing machine.
This project’s first challenge was to quickly sort through hundreds of still images taken on location as stop-motion frames, then edit an offline version using Premiere. For this purpose I used several automation tools which sped up this process significantly, finally producing an offline version of the commercial in less than half a day. The final online version was created in After Effects using the stop-motion frames, morphing effects and 2D animations.

Society for Protection of Nature – Convention 2015

A promotional video screened at the 2015 Convention of the Society for Protection of Nature in Israel.
This project required offline editing and color grading videos from multiple sources, as well as designing and animating the text and graphics sequences.

The MH-1 Reflex Sight

A powerful 3D animated commercial for the MH-1 Reflex Sight created solely in After Effects using the wonderful Element 3D plugin.
This project required several challenging stages, from designing the storyboard, editing an offline version, extensively modifying the customer’s product 3D model to be compatible with AE, and finally designing the 3D elements, environment and animation.

AMPM City Market

A fun and large project of several 2D animated commercials for AMPM City Market.
This project required processing of drawings and preparing character elements using Adobe Illustrator so they can be easily rigged and animated in After Effects. Characters where animated using several tools such as the Puppet effect and inverse kinematics scripts to quickly produce compelling animations.
